Juliana Texley

Myasthenia Gravis Community Advocate Juliana TexleyJuliana Texley has a PhD in science education with an emphasis on genetics. She has taught science at all levels for more decades than she'll admit.

She was president of the National Science Teaching Association and currently writes science curriculum for online learners. Juliana is the spouse of a retired educator who has triple-negative, generalized myasthenia gravis.

She has joined her husband in advocating for his own health and that of others in the myasthenia gravis community. This involves educating fellow patients and all-too-often, great medical professionals with limited experience in this rare disease.
