Mike Stabile
Mike is retired and living in California. He has a Bachelor of science degree in biology from Cal State University, Fullerton and a Master of Science degree in physiology from U.C. Davis. Mike's masters thesis was a mathematical simulation of the thermoregulation system in reindeer. His last jobs, spanning 34 years, were at Children's Hospital Los Angeles, first as the manager of the Pulmonary Function and Sleep Disorders Laboratories, followed by Budget Manager for Outpatient Services. He co-authored 6 research papers on pediatric pulmonary testing, sleep disorders, and digital clubbing. Currently Mike is webmaster for the Southern California Myasthenia Gravis Support Group's website. His first MG symptoms and subsequent
diagnosis were in 2020 at the start of the COVID pandemic. Mike's passions include astronomy and space, Lakers basketball, and advocating for and helping fellow MGers.
