Eye sensations

Since the start of this journey, going on 3 years, I've always noticed a sensation in my eyes. I find it frustrating as I can't put a name to it. I would say it's like dry eye, but the eye doctor said it's marginal. At times my eyes feel moist. There is no pain involved, just a constant sensation. I noticed if will look up to the extreme left or right quadrant i get double vision. I recently went to a neurologist for a second opinion, directed by my prime. Although he said he really hasn't been presented with my issue by his other patients. He suspects that the sensation may be related to eye fatigue. It kind of makes sense. When I take make gaze to the extreme upper left and right regions maybe I'm stessing the muscles and they weaken resulting in double vision. Just wanted to ping the coummunity. I blood tested seropositive. Generalized MG but seems isolated to the bulbar; above the neck. Medication: Mestinon, and weaning off prednisone. Tried Cellcept, but I had an allergic reaction; hives and mild breathing congestion. Thank you, and take care all.
