Hi, my name is Ed. I was recently diagnosed with OMG.

Since I have only been dealing with double vision for 3 1/2 months, I am trying to get information on treatment options and folks with similar symptom's. I have had intermittent double vision for 3 months but since 12/5/24 it has been continuous, 24-7. Currently being seen by a Neuro Ophthalmologist and a neurologist. Being treated with 60 mg pyridostigmine, 4 times a day. Not really happy with results so far but will give it a while. I was told that blood test Acetylcholine Recep Blocking AB value 20 and Acetylcholine Recep Binding AB value 0.61 pointed to OMG, so that's what I'm being treated for. I am researching other treatments mentioned in your forum which I find really interesting and very informative. Thanks for any help you can provide.
