sleeping positions and finding good books on MG

Diagnosed with MG 10 months ago. Started with Ocular and moved to Ocular with General MG symptoms. Question: Has anyone with MG and breathing issues found a good position to sleep. I sleep in a chair because sleeping flat on side or my back does not work. Within two minutes of laying down i have major issues with breathing. Any help would be appreciated!!!
Second, i have bought probably a dozen books on this disease with a hit or miss (mostly miss) in finding books that really do a decent job on explaining this disease, its symptoms and options to self-help or treatment options that are available.
That being said, i have found (what i consider)a really good informative book on MG. Found it on Amazon. It is titled 'The Patient's Practical guide: MG, by Dr. Jon Durrani. Review on Amazon and see for yourself.
Looking forward to feedback
