Vyvgart for Ocular MG

While viewing the Vyvgart (Argenx..manufacturer) website, I noticed that a clinical trial is being developed specifically for the treatment of ocular myasthenia gravis! My question- has anyone being treated with Vyvgart noticed any improvement in their ocular symptoms? I have double-vision and intermittent exotropia in both eyes presently.
Thanks,
J.R.

  1. It's really nice to hear from you after a few months. I'm truly glad you are prioritizing your health and taking the time to do your own research.
From the following discussion (https://myasthenia-gravis.com/forums/vyvgart-vs-ivig): "Vyvgrt seems to work well for 14 days after a session, then symptoms kick in again. I have been doing Vyvgrt since July. When Vyvgrt seems to run it course, I feel discomfort in legs, arms, hands, shoulders and neck. I have not had problems with my eye lid drooping."
From the following discussion (https://myasthenia-gravis.com/forums/vyvgart-experience): "Yes, I am currently on my 3rd if 4 infusions. I was diagnosed with bulbar and ocular on Nov 7, 2022. I was put on 16 MG of methylprednisolon and mestinon as needed. 5 days later I was getting my first infusion. I got pretty quick results but I couldn't tell you if it was the drugs or the Vyvgart. It all happened so close together. All of the ocular and bulbar symptoms have almost completely disappeared."
