I was also on 50mg for months. It’s a great drug in that it “fixes” the problem but I was unrecognizable. I am now on vyvgart and Cellcept. I’m doing alright but I can’t get the weight off that I gained with prednisone. I’m 77 years old, so I can’t hope to get a whole lot better. I had two very major back surgeries within 10 months and am trying to recover from that. Cellcept takes a few months to start working so you may be on prednisone for awhile yet. Hang in there! You aren’t alone in the struggle to keep this disease in check

Hi Judy, I'm sorry to hear about the challenges you've been facing with prednisone. I'm sure it's been really frustrating, especially not being able to recognize yourself.
