I got dizzy when I was on Mestinon but the worst thing that happened to me was leg cramps. I just needed to move my toes slightly when I went to bed and the cramp was so debilitating that I likened it to a footballer whose hamstring was being pulled tighter and tighter. I could not get it to go away and had to wait till it went by itself. They say if you stand on a cold floor or rub your calf but this would not go it just got worse and in the end it was my decision never to take Mestinon again. There is a new medication out after many years of research it has been approved Rystiggo but I haven't looked into it properly and if it is for Ocular or Generalised myasthenia. Lets hope it helps

Joseph I was diagnosed with Ocular MG in 2007 Mestinon was given and was completely useless. I asked the Dr to start me on prednisolone and within 6 weeks the double vision had gone I was upping the dose every week until I got to 25mg every other day when and it cleared. I slowly reduced over 6 months until 2mg every other day kept it under control. After 5 years I reduced to 1mg every other day and in 2016 I stopped altogether and it has been clear eversince. Discuss with you Dr. There is light at the end of the tunnel and under supervision Prednisolone is a wonder drug.
