Struggling with myasthenia gravis

Hello friends,

It is a pleasure to meet you all.
I have been diagnosed with MG since 2014. I have been struggling with it in refugee camp without proper medication. I would love to get some advices from you on how I can cope with this kind of disease in this environment. Thank you

  1. Hello I'm sorry to hear you dont have access to proper medication where you are at. I hope you found the article shared with you helpful. If anything try to take it easy. Don't stress. Relax. Find someone you can talk to (even us if you will). Try keeping a list/journal of all your symptoms, when they occurred, how long they last and what you where doing that which might have cause your flare up. We support you. - Jazmin (team member)

    1. Thank you so much for your kind concern. Actually, I have read the article kaitlynsutton it was helpful indeed. I know could feel better if I take medicine concerns with this illness. The signs and symptoms I have never taken medicine for so long. Anyway, Thank you once more
