Dizziness

Hi! I was diagnosed with MG in August. Dizziness made me unable to walk without looking like a stroke victim and that’s what the ER thought was the problem. I have double vision as well but the dizziness is very debilitating. Does anyone else have this? Can anything be done? My neurologist says its not a symptom of MG.
