I am desperate to find a doctor who cares.. Getting weaker and very dizzy and fall a lot and am in pain. Have seronegative MG with breathing, talking, swallowing and the worst fatigue! I get IVIG Infusions every 6 weeks and take Mestinon.
I was given Rosuvastatin for high cholesterol and very soon afterwards I noticed my muscles blew out. So weak I couldn't believe it. I got off of it right away then everything was fine. I tried to tell the doctor but he wasn't listening. Now my new doctor called in the same medicine when he looked at my cholesterol level. I'm calling the pharmacy in the morning to tell them not to fill that prescription. I'm just glad that I quit that medicine. I have to figure this out without taking that medicine. I don't have the diagnosis listed here but couldn't help remembering that ordeal I had with that medication. My son said that happened to him when he was given muscle relaxers. FYI....I don't know a lot about this condition just trying to give you something to think about when you're considering the reason for your condition.

I have a Neuromuscular Dr. in Philadelphia who I see She has me on Cellcept and so far it has been working for me as far as all my symptoms have been concerned, still have balancing issues and use a cane but that’s it. Sounds to me you’re having a crisis and probably should go to hospital if you’re having trouble breathing, find a good Neurologist
