Fully eliminating life's stressors is nearly impossible, but trying to keep it at bay is helpful when managing MG symptoms.

How do you practice self-care, mindfulness, and keeping stress/anxiety at a minimum in your daily life?

  3. Leaned meditation, had a great therapist for 5yrs did EMDR and I take medication to manage my anxiety.
