My neck gets so tired and tight.
I have mg. Dr will say that there isn't any pain with mg. Than why does my neck and shoulders hurt so bad? It's like I've been trying to hold up 100 lb of head.
I had neck pain and couldn't hold my head up at the beginning of a crisis last year. It's terrible and you probably need IVIG or increase in meds. You didn't say what meds you take and if your doc is a neurologist. Contact your doctor.
I have a neck brace and also a heating pad for my neck and shoulders. I haven't needed them for a few months since my meds were increased.
I went month before I could read or watch TV. It much better but sometimes I have to use good eyedropper every couple of hours.
Mine does not hurt, but neck gets so tired can't stand to look at TV
