Muscle cramping and pain
I wish my phy. would have warned me about muscle "flares" where many muscles cramp at once. I had no idea, it happened for the first time today and I was near unable to move from the cramps. Be aware this can happen. They ordered IVIG therapy for first thing in the morning.
I have been have really bad muscle spasms and cramping in fingers and arms, they go 90 to nothing and it’s worse at night.

Mestinon is a valuable therapy in the early stages of MG. It was a miracle drug for me. It opened my eyes, ended double vision and allowed me to drive again.
