Do you have MG and have tried Magnesium L-Threonate or Magnesium Glycinate? Did you have any adverse reactions?

While there's a wealth of published studies on Magnesium Sulfate and Myasthenia gravis (https://myasthenia-gravis.com/clinical/magnesium-sulfate), the same can't be said for Magnesium L-Threonate or Magnesium Glycinate and MG.

If you're an MG patient and have tried Magnesium L-Threonate or Magnesium Glycinate for any reason, past or present, we'd love to hear about your experience. Did you encounter any adverse reactions?

It's important to remember that every MG patient is unique and may respond differently to magnesium. While doctors may have varying opinions, it's always a good idea to consult with yours before considering any form of magnesium. The individuality of MG patients' responses makes it impossible to predict outcomes.
