Neonatal MG and precautions taken by birth team and throughout pregnancy

For those who have experienced the unique journey of giving birth while managing MG, could you share the precautions, if any, that your birth team took for the potential of neonatal MG? Did any of your children end up being born with neonatal MG? If so, was it expected from signs during pregnancy?

2 out of 10 babies born to mothers with MG may experience temporary muscle weakness, known as transient neonatal myasthenia gravis. This condition usually begins a few hours after birth and typically resolves within a few weeks. Many babies with this condition require little to no treatment. For those with more severe weakness, temporary use of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and changes to their feeding schedule may be beneficial to help them feed better.
These babies do not have a greater risk of developing MG later in life. https://myasthenia-gravis.com/pregnancy
