I am glad you did not get hurt!! Have you been diagnosed yet with Myasthenia Gravis? I know it is concerning for you when your body is not able to do what it has before!! I have been there!! Even though you might not know for sure what is going on do you have a safety plan for the next time your legs are hurting, and you are having trouble walking?? Like do you live with someone else that could help you if needed? Or a neighbor or friend maybe?? I personally got a walker with a seat before I was diagnosed for days like that. You might want to consider if you have any old non-active cell phones placed around the house. As long as they are charged you can call 911 if you are in the United States. And those waits to see Dr.'s and have test ran are very frustrating when we do not feel well and looking for answers!! I am waiting until the end of May to see a Neuro-Ophthalmologist. Right now, most days I can't see, because my eyelids sag completely closed and cannot open them. Or the double vision is so bad in both eyes and whatever else they may be doing that day. I am telling you this, so you know you are not alone in the waiting, most of us have too also. I don't know about you but the not knowing for sure is the worst!! Hoping you get some answers with your upcoming appointments!! Please keep us updated!! We really do care. Hugs to you!! Sally (team member)
