Connection between MG and the sPLA2-11a Enzyme?

See the link below which speaks to the impact of this enzyme which "has the capacity to bind to receptors at neuromuscular junctions and potentially disable the function of these muscles." The study focused on a connection between the enzyme and COVID-19 severity. However, this enzyme has also been connected to other auto-immune conditions such as RA and MS due to its inflammatory impacts.
Has anyone been tested for sPLA2-11A? If so, can you share results and input? Does anyone know where this blood test might be available? Thanks!
