This summer's weather
First time in 12 years with MG where the heat has gotten to me. I've felt tired, weak, worn out, so I'm stay indoors as much as possible and hydrated.
Audrie, yes..the weather has been a factor with my gMG this year. I've cut down on all outdoor activities and kept my ac going all day long. I've scheduled my pt for early morning hours. I'm sure I will survive this summer, and get back to enjoy living in sunny south Florida, and with my gMG under control.
