Life Changes at 69
I just read life changes at 73 story. Yes, it happens really fast. I was enjoying retirement at 69 and rehabbing from a hip revision. Six weeks in everything going great. I wake up one morning with excessive saliva and trouble swallowing. Three days later, slurred speech. Before the ambulance arrived couldn't stand and had trouble breathing. Ended up with a 3 month hospital stay and being diagnosed with MG.
Still rehabbing and learning life does change.
