Ocular MG
I am fortunate in that my double vision only becomes concerning during intermittent flare-ups, during which I am permitted to drive with the support of prescribed prism lenses fitted by an orthoptist. Although the orthoptist is expensive, the prisms are very inexpensive as they are simply cut from plastic sheets.
Originally, I required Power 5 prisms to temporarily manage the double vision for the duration of a flare-up (usually lasting several weeks), but I can now manage with a Power 3.

Secondly, when I was forced to discontinue the long-term use of NSAIDs due to adverse skin reactions, my Multiple Sclerosis (MS) flare-ups seemed to diminish. I wonder if any recent research has been conducted in these areas?
