  1. Hello Sajana, I am also sorry you are having painful cramping. I too have this at times and started before any medication or diagnosis of MG. Although some of the medications can cause cramping and do for me at times as well now. There is a thing called "intestinal pseudo-obstruction that can go with neurological diseases. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/33586685/

    2. Yes, Sanjana! Consult our doctor. If that isn't possible immediately, call your pharmacist with the list of your drugs and ask. (If you take Mestinon, be sure to mention it.)

Your last line might characterize all of us. MG is a frustrating condition because it sneaks up on you when you least expect it, and may "settle down" then flare again. The treatments work slowly and some have side effects. Know that this community cares. We all send our support. Juliana (team member)

      1. yes ,m taking mestinon 60 mg 4 times daily , prednisolone 5/10 mg in alt days, cellcept, calcium tab..n antacid tablet...i informed to my doc's .. now m good ..

    3. Hi Sanjana! I'm so sorry you're having painful cramps. Which medication are you taking now? If you haven't consulted your doctor already, I would recommend reaching out to them to see what could be causing your cramps and to help you find some relief! I haven't experienced consistent cramps myself, though I have found that my body can't tolerate a lot of wheat, dairy, or carbs in general. Sending you hugs and thinking of you! Hope you feel better soon!
