Does everyone have droopy eyes with. MG?

To be honest, I feel like I caught everything fairly quickly, before the disease has progressed. I have only had trouble chewing a few times and it has been a while. My concern now is stopping the disease from getting worse. Right now I can work and function well. My doctor has me on 10mg prednisone once daily and Mestinon 60mg 3 times a day. I don't have a thyoma but if getting the gland removed will prevent my condition deteriorating I am all for it. My physician (from the Mayo Clinic) seems to think that a cautious approach is best.

do fight droopy eyes daily even with medication. I started more generalized and then droopy eyes years later. Do your eyes droop? Best wishes!! Sally Farrier...Myasthenia-Gravis.com (team member)

Hi

I am recently diagnosed and my primary issue is difficulty chewing. Some tougher foods would tire me out or I wouldn't be able to bite through them. I do not have a problem with droopy eyes but perhaps my disease will progress to that.
