MG with Shingles

Diagnosed over a year ago with Ocular which migrated to general MG around March of 2024.
In March of this year i was diagnosed with Shingles off the lower left leg below the knee. This variety of shingles with across all dermatones of the lower leg and foot. I am now in the 3rd phase of shingles (did not know shingles came in phases). The 3rd phase occurs when all the sores and rash disappear. This phase includes extensive nerve pain and potential weakening of muscles from reduced usage.
My question is: When you have MG and also acquire another medical issue does MG further aggravate or intensify the new medical condition or can the new medical condition further complicate the MG symptoms.
None of my doctors have an answer for this they just prescribe more pills. I now have 6 different pills prescribed to me just for pain. Two of the pain pills are used for pain due to Shingles.
Any comments based on experiencing multiple medical conditions will also being diagnosed with MG would be much appreciated.
