I'm so sorry, but help is on the way. You are newly diagnosed, and it is the worst possible time. A good doctor will eventually get your symptoms stabilized on meds and you will do much better. I also could not see well enough to drive when I was first diagnosed. Now I drive every day. I have no eye droop and no double vision. For me, pyridostigmine was the solution, followed a few months later by azathioprine. It's really hard in the beginning, and many meds take a long time to work. We all feel for you. You can be confident it will get better.
