I have just been diagnosed with Ocular MG, effects my eyes (double vision) and balance. Anyone ever heard of this or has this. I am being told there is nothing they can do about it.

I started with ocular mg in April 25, it is now under control with drugs which i am now in the process of lowering the doseage. It's great to be able to see properly once again. It can get better but I'm told once you have mg it doesn't go away. So please keep your chin up and stay positive.

I have ocular mg. Mestinon & ivig did not work. Cannot take prednisone. Currently on rounds of Vyvgart and cellcept, which is working - no ptosis, no double vision or balance problems. Considered in remission!

Not true. There is Prednisone, Cellcept, Mestinon. They work well for my Ocular/Bulbar MG.
