Positive ice pack?

Hi all, I'm under neurology for muscles weakness and fatigue. MG is coming up trumps after mri clear. I'm waiting to speak with my GP on Monday as he wants to order some auto immune bloods. I've done a little home ice pack test on my tiring ptosis and wanted to know if you thought it was of significance?
