Rixymio infusions

I have just been approved for this experimental treatment for MG through my neurologist.
Two infusions two weeks apart
Does anyone have any experience with this, or comments please? I understand it’s used to treat non-Hodgkins lymphoma and a certain leukaemia. I’m presuming there are side effects to this.
