A stunning film of a gMG patient

In my 83 years, until a week ago, I had never seen a film of a patient with untreated MG. This woman had all the symptoms which I immediately recognized: ptosis, weak grip, weak arms, unable to get out of bed or walk. She was about to receive an injection of prostigmin. In 5 minutes she was animated, in 15 minutes she was out of bed, walking.
This film was taken in 1935. This patient was definitely was one of the first people to ever receive this treatment. It may have even the first time she'd received it. Dr. Mary Walker had only announced her discovery for a treatment of MG in 1934/35,
I still weep when I watch this video. The patient looks so happy. I get a hint of her misery when I don't take my medication.
