Has anyone used imaavy infusion
I am 78. I have had MG since 1998. I presently take prednisone and IVIG infusion. I have taken prednisone since 2000. I have taken IVIG for 2 years every 4 weeks. I am getting weaker in my arm and legs. My Doctor want me to try imaay infusion. Has anyone tried it?

I have had 3 treatments of IMAAVY. IV every 2 wks by nurse at home. It takes about 30 minutes after the first loading dose. My symptoms are double vision and tiredness from any strenuous activity. I have had very little side effects from IMAAVY--maybe a slight headache. My overall energy levels have improved dramatically with ability to engage in strenuous activity not possible before. Early in the treatment my eyes started going south but the prednisone needed to correct was 1/2 what I normally need. My eyes started going south again a few days before another scheduled treatment and cleared up several days after infusion with no need for prednisone.
For me this treatment choice has been GREAT! Hopefully it will eliminate or greatly reduce the massive amount of prednisone I was taking and restore my energy levels.what else are you taking along with the IMAAVY for you MG?
I have been having Imaavy infusions since October of 2025. A nurse comes every 2 weeks and gives me my infusion. Luckily I have no side effects. I am a little better but not any worse.
