Living in AZ with the heat
I live in Phoenix, AZ where our average summer temperatures are around 117. I am in an MG medication trial though...im pretty sure im on the placebo...." We have a pool in our yard but having MG and this heat are horrible. What do does everyone else do to beat the heat?
