MG and weight loss injections

Hi All
Has anyone any knowledge of having weight loss injections when you have MG? Dr is asking me to consider as I am very overweight and am diabetic. I’m hesitant because I’m not sure there us any research … but I have poor mobility and fatigue which stops me being very active.
