Is anyone going to the MG Conference at the end of March? Has anyone ever attended one before?

I am going - only diagnosed about 1 year. I am curious about what to expect. I am hoping to learn more about how to manage all of this without feeling like I am giving everything up - activities I enjoy, food etc. due to the disease, the medications, the side effects of the medications.
