Just had double bam…MG dx due to crisis. Very close to intubation l. Had 5 IVIG roids wtc. Caveat I am type 1.5 lada and have auto addisons. Now this puts me panhypo. IDDM and addisons a walk in the park when compared to this. Oh my GOSH! In the morning, my day is pretty good and I don’t talk like Mel Tillis with an infarct! I’m transitioning onto the Mestinon while titrating down off the roids. I am home from CCU sidecar. Is the evenings worse for you guys? Is this normal? My eyes are too tired still to read through all the posts searching. 
I was diagnosed in 2021 with Ocular MG displaying ptosis, diplopia and had trouble focusing with everything in my head and upper body haywire. Over the years the MG has been up and down and now mainly just eyes (and such tiredness). Lately my eyelids have been "tweaking" and with the muscles barely able to do all eye functions, the forehead muscles have been helping resulting in "hot" headaches. My eye specialist is going to remove 8mm of skin from each eyelid on 10th December.
I was just about to have eyelids and a brow lift because my eyes were so saggy. Most of the time it’s like I’m looking through a kaleidoscope and snow blind news and technology and looking at a screen oh my gosh, half the time I don’t even know what I’m writing or can see it😂

I am facing MG, Hoshimotos thyroiditis and osteopenea with some other connected issues since 2014 . We all are having different issues and atmosphere but Myestin with small dose of steroid works so many times.
Kindly have clearance from doctor as sometimes underlying causes mimic Myasthenia Gravis.
