Summer

Hi everyone,
I got diagnosed last fall and this is my first summer in Northern Nevada with MG.
Heat Intolerance and trouble breathing is one of the problems you all know.
My wife just got me a cooling vest and freeze wraps to go around my neck.
Just wanted to acknowledge all that everyone has written on the subject past and present on this forum.
Having a spouse at home sure does help. This would be Extremely difficult as a single person. Thanks Wife !
