Cellcept side effects
Hi there! I know some of you are taking Cellcept. Have you had any severe leg cramps overnight. I am considering taking it instead of Prednisone but read that it could cause leg cramps and muscle twitching. Mestinon causes leg cramps for me at night and I would like to stop the Mestinon.

Hi Mark. Mestinon gave me terrible, screaming leg cramps. My Cellcept-like immunosuppressant gives me no cramps. I had to take the Mestinon for about a year until the immunosuppressant kicked in. I take none now.
