Gliclazide medication for Diabetes

My MG symptoms have gone into freefall since starting on a Gliclazide for Diabetes control. I’d be interested to know if anyone else has been affected by Gliclazides?
I have made an appointment with my General Practioner to discuss this.
My Symptoms include very blurry vision almost double vision and extreme fatigue also peripheral neuropathy in my feet and hands.
But it is the feeling of faintness and almost passing out that is the most worrisome to me as I cannot function properly.
Any help would be much appreciated.
