LRP4 Question

I have the LRP4 type so unfortunately the treatment options are very limited. Most treatments are geared towards the ACHR type and MUSK type. Has anyone with LRP4 found any medications that work well for them. Right now I am on Rystiggo which has been helping. The doctor also has me on Amantadine for fatigue and the MS drug, Dalfampiridine, for muscle strength. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.
