Total Pelvic muscular collapse

Has anyone else had this happen. I was in hospital for 4 days and unable to walk so was catheterized and diagnosed with Trochanteric bursitis in the left hip and also bursitis in the right hip. 3 weeks after the catheter was removed I now have a bladder collapse . Since I have had a total hysterectomy many years ago I know it is not a uterine collapse. Anyone
else have this happen and what did you do about it.
