CAR T Cell therapy or UCAR T cell therapy

My family member has been diagnosed with MG. It's been refractory to the first 4 infusions. He has the opportunity to enter a CAR T cell study , but really, as an ER nurse for 42 years, I think he should wait for the UCAR T cell to be available as it appears to have less side affects and before, during and after. Anybody???
