Did you notice improvement with rystiggo? If so, how long did it take to start seeing improvement after starting?

I have Ocular MG--so far. Been a little over 2 years. It is easily controlled with prednisone, but of course prednisone is causing diabetes and other issues. Normally takes 3-4 days of 40 pred and then weaning off. Before rystiggo I was averaging an eye episode every 6 1/2 wks. I have had 2 6 wks rounds of Rystiggo. I have tolerated it well--no issues. My last 2 eye episodes have occurred at 8 1/2 wks and 13 1/2 wks. big improvement, but it now takes 3-4 days of 60 mg pred to resolve. Not sure if increase in pred is necessitated by disease getting worse or some side effect of the Rsytiggo. Regardless, it so far allowing a big decrease in my prednisone load.
