Muscle weakness only in hand more in right hand then left hand

Seeks guidance, is it normal and OK to have weakness ONLY in hand? rest of all is quite ok and without any issues. occasionally little speech issues very rare and only when not in good mood and with anger. Having MG diagnosed in march 2024 and on gravitor and azoran two tablets each per day.
