I have lung failure with my Myasthenia Gravis. I use to be incubated due to the failure.
When nonvolatile acids that are usually moved by the lungs, and must be processed by the kidneys to maintain proper acids base in the body becomes improper; kidney infection symptoms.
The lungs are a muscle, so when they get lethargic or an increase in IVIG'S are needed increased symptoms of kidneys infections.
After several months of increased IVIG'S, the issues pertaining to the kidneys are totally disappeared.
